What Does A KAOTIK Male Masturbator FEEL Like?
STRONG LANGUAGE AHEAD
One of the problems we at KAOTIK always face is… how do we communicate the sensation of using one of our products? What does this kind of sex tech feel like?
Should we be explicit and say, for example, that it feels like a double-handed pornstar blowjob? Or, should we rein ourselves in and be more poetic, and describe it like floating down a river of liquid gold? (The latter feels somehow worse than the former.)
So, how about a mechanical approach, in which we talk about revolutions per minute, and torque ratios, and oscillations per second?
It’s hard to know. So in this post, we’re going to try to explain exactly what it’s like to use a KAOTIK product.
What Is KAOTIK SexTech Made Of?
The bodies of KAOTIK products are generally made of ABS and finished in s slightly textured matte black. Buttons are silicone, as are any attachments, like the grip handle on the Shotty.
But that’s not what you want to know. You want to know what the internal sleeve is made of, right?
For most of our products, the sleeve is made of a trade-secret thermoplastic elastomer formulation.
Why TPE?
TPE is great material for male sextech, and most masturbator sleeves are made from it. Other materials include silicone, latex, and PVC, but you should probably steer clear of those last two for reasons we’ll cover in a moment.
We like TPE for a number of reasons.
Realistic Masturbators
TPE is just about the closest material to human skin. It’s stretchy and soft and flexible, and it warms to body temperature really quickly in use. That makes it one of the best simulations of sexual sensations available – without getting into prohibitively expensive supermaterials.
The result is a squishy, fleshlike quality. TPE was originally developed in the 1950s for use in automative parts, like seals and gaskets. But very quickly, some pioneering scientist thought, “hmm, I could have sex with that,” and by the 90s TPE had largely began replacing vulcanized rubber across the pleasure industry.

Cost & Safety
TPE is a robust material, able to withstand vigorous frictional forces and extremes of temperature. That has obvious implications for masturbation. It’s also non-toxic and phthalate-free, making us comfortable to describe our products as ‘body-safe.’
And then, of course, there’s the cost. While there’s no doubt that silicone outperforms TPE if what you’re making is not a sex toy but an airplane, for everything that a masturbator needs to do, TPE is equally well-suited.
That means KAOTIK can invest heavily in other tech, like connectivity, or more powerful motors, without blowing up the prices and putting the kind of pleasure we want out of reach of most users.
Better Than Sex?
So that’s the material stuff. What does it actually feel like to use?
Sextech like male masturbators are designed, directly or indirectly, to simulate the sensations of penetrative sex. But that’s the bare minimum, you might expect from your average Fleshlight. No shade, but we at KAOTIK think we can offer more than that. So a KAOTIK product doesn’t just mimic sex, but augments it.
While the fundamental sensations feel like sex, especially with a generous helping of water-based lube, we load a lot of other sensations on top of it. Our TPE sleeves are designed with ingenious textures, nodules, ridges, and chambers to stimulate the penis in various unexpected ways.

Some KAOTIK products include vibrating motors, suction technology, warming rods, and thrusting pistons to make your masturbatory experience as immersive as possible.
The result is like dipping into warm honey, where every nerve ending in your penis is brought to the surface and individually massaged.
Bells & Whistles
Many of our sextech products are designed to replicate and enhance real-world sex acts. Cocoon warms to your body temperature for that uniquely organic sensation of sex. Shochwave sucks hard, like an expert blowjob. Shotty twists and pumps, like a double-handed handjob. Jetpack… well Jetpack’s a jackhammer. That one’s designed to do things no human body can do.
In these ways and more, KAOTIK sextech is not designed to be a substitute for sex, but to augment your sexual sensations. We don’t make sex simulators, we show you the limits of sexual experience.
Is it better than sex? Well, that depends on the kind of sex you’re having. But in truth, we think of our product not as ‘better’ than sex, but ‘adjacent’ to sex.
They’re their own thing.
