Tip: Keep your original purchase invoice and the product’s serial number (found on the packaging, usually above the barcode) handy—they’re required for warranty coverage.
Your Coverage with Kaotik Labs
2-Year Warranty
All Kaotik Labs products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. If your toy develops an issue within this period and your claim is eligible, we’ll replace it for you at no charge. Shipping on the replacement unit is on us.
10-Year Quality Support
We also offer a 10-year quality support starting from your purchase date. If your product shows signs of wear or a noticeable reduction in performance after the initial 2-year warranty period, you may submit a claim through the form below and we'll provide a 50% discount code toward a replacement purchase on www.kaotiklabs.com.
Important Note
Our warranty and quality guarantee cover manufacturing defects only and do not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications,including but not limited to:
- Using silicone-based, oil-based, or other incompatible lubricants
- Improper use or cleaning
- Submerging non-waterproof products
- Attempting to disassemble the product
* Accessories such as sleeves, charging cables, lifestyle products, and any other point-of-sale (POS) items are not covered under this warranty.
Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from www.kaotiklabs.com or from our official retailers (online or offline). Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
